7wk3d pregnant spotting brown for over three weeks. went for a scan at 6wk2d and they found a heartbeat bleeding not stopped am i loosing my baby?

See your doctor: Blood tests and another ultrasound could be helpful in finding you an answer.  Spotting can be normal but I agree with you that this has been going on for some time and should have some further evaluation.

Normal: Spotting can be normal in pregnancy, especially if you have had intercourse or an exam. Spotting can also be from infection or a cervical problem. Talk to your obstetrician.

Get test..: If you had been using the Nuva Ring for a couple of days and no other type of protection used when you had sex I would suggest to get a pregnancy test first, although my suspicion is that your irregular spotting is caused by the Nuva Ring itself especially if you have been on it for a short period of time. It can take weeks for your body to finally get used to it and have regular periods.

i'm 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant and spotting light brown diacharge mixed with mucous. i  have slight cramping and my whole body aches. is this normal ?

It can be: You are obviously very early in your pregnancy.  Light brown discharge can be normal.  It is also possible that you are miscarrying the pregnancy.  The problem is if you are miscarrying, there is nothing that can be done.

Stay hydrated, rest, and if you feel worse, seek care with your physician.

Possible but unlikel: More likely that your body is just adjusting to the interruption of the hormonal cycle. If you  had unprotected sex during that time, it would definitely be a good idea to do a home pregnancy test to be sure.

Yes: The bleeding indicates your uterus sloughing off the previous months build up of tissue in anticipation of a pregnancy. 10 days post menses (bleeding) means you might have ovulated. You should treat this as if you just started on birth control and avoid unprotected sex for at least a month, one full cycle, after you restarted. Really safe would be two months.
