Could be...: After not having your period for a prolonged period of time, in this case due to breastfeeding, you can have a profuse bleeding. However, if the bleeding is that bad, and for example, changing pads every hour or less, you need to be seen immediately. Call you gynecologist ASAP for immediate evaluation. If you feel dizzy, weak with palpitations, shortness of breath go now to the emergency room.

Excess weight during: Pregnancy causes strain and pain on the muscles and joints . Don't worry! tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to take. If there's swelling or worsening of symptoms, go see your oby right away.Occasionally, a leg clot can occur. Follow up with him/ her! take care!

In : In my honest opinion i think the biggest side effect form the carboxytherapy is that you might get an infection and you likely will not see any improvement.

Ultrasound: Leg can be examined with ultrasound without risk to baby. Exam should be done ASAP in concert with your OB as treatment of clot or infection in leg would need to be tailored to protect you and baby. Ultrasound can be done at your home if need be but need evaluation quickly

Unlikely: Autoimmune conditions don't typically localize to one leg.  Causes of single leg pain can vary, and if it started only recently, could be from a clot in the leg (dvt), strained muscles/ligaments, injury, herniated disc in the back.  It's important to talk to your md as a good physical exam and history will often tease out the cause.
