Diet  important: Bloating occurs in nearly all patients with irritable bowel syndrome, and it also occurs in patients with  functional and organic disorders. Effective treatments are limited and are not universally successful. GI generally follow a stepwise approach, formulating the treatment plan with the patient in order to improve compliance. Symptoms, although uncomfortable and frustrating, but usually benign.

can you get pregnant without sex? also, can you get pregnant through clothes if both are fully dressed with underwear and pants on?

Hmmm....: Sperm do not casually swim through clothing. They don't. Pregnancy won't happen if the sperm can't get into the vagina, or if the sperm are just a little bit into the vagina and can't swim all the way up through the cervix and beyond. Life sometimes will surprise people, because people having sex are not thinking of the details (like exactly when and where a finger, a penis, or sperm are located).

Maybe: But very unlikely.  All that has to happen for pregnancy to occur is that the sperm needs to contact the egg.  While very unlikely that the sperm managed to travel that entire distance, it is still a possibility.

Yes: Pre ejacation fluid , aka precum also has a lot of sperm in it.  While multiple layers would decrease the likihood of sperm traveling through a and into the vagina.  It is not totally impossible. You need a birth control method that does not rely on luck.

Making babies: Yes. If there is sperm inserted inside of the vagina when she is ovulating. If there is nothing inside of the vagina then baby cannot be made that way.

No: Not if both had clothes on.

Super Sperm: While I cannot give you a "free pass" as if a sperm DID make it through your clothes, through her clothes, into and up vagina and fallopian tube, then yes, could happen. Oh, and she'd have to be at/near ovulation in cycle. Would call it a very low risk activity. If she should be late, can always check home pregnancy test for reassurance.

Virgin: if you had sperm go into your vagina then there is the possibility of pregnancy no matter how it got there.  If no sperm got in there then there is no possibility.  If you miss a period then check a pregnancy test.  Activity like you describe often leads to further activities, you may want to consider birth control if you do not wish to be pregnant at this time.

Sperm + egg: Sperm must be deposited in the vagina in order to fertilize an egg. It's very important that you learn the basics about sex before you engage in it. It is not possible to get pregnant with clothes on. Spend some time reading about human reproduction and sexuality. Make sure you learn how things work before you get in over your head.

: Pregnancy is not possible in above circumstances, fabric acts as mechanical protection. Contraception remains otherwise key in avoiding undesired pregnancy and associated anxiety and when intercourse is likely to occur.
