WHILE RARE IN WOMEN, IT COULD BE ATHLETES FOOT.
ALSO CONSIDER A CONTACT DERMATITIS FROM FOOTWEAR, WALKING AROUND BAREFOOT, ETC.
APPLY A COMMON OVER THE COUNTER ATHLETES FOOT REMEDY TO ONE FOOT FOR ABOUT TEN DAYS AND SEE IF IT GETS ANY BETTER.

Options: Could be eczema or fungal infection.
If it clears up after 2 weeks of topical antifungal then you have your answer.

There : There is a possiblity. You also might have psoriasis. My recommendation would be to either visit a podiatrist or a dermatologist and have them take a skin biopsy of your feet and send it to pathology to discover exactly what type of skin condition you have. Based on that, a proper treatment plan and medication can be administered to treat it.

Multilple reasons: They probably feel hot because they are peeling and the nerves are irritated. Why they are peeling could be from an allergic reaction, dermititis, athletes foot, you could have a bacterial infection also. You can try OTC antifungal like lotrimine or topical hydrocortisone if the antifungal doesn't help.

May just be dry: Try applying an over the counter voice to moisturizer in either a cream or ointment former and see if that helps.

Dry feet and hands: One hand and two foot syndrome is fungus that results in dryness of both soles and usually the dominant hand palm. Treatment with amlactin cream and Lamisil (terbinafine) cream is often effective.

Drynesss can be treated with amlactin cream.

Allergy is possible, but less likely to affect both hands and feet.

Time to see doctor: Can't be sure if the problem is just contact dermatitis (probably from one of the ingredients in your shoes) or there has been a secondary infection. Does the headache come at the same time of the rash?  If so, you may need to consult an infectious disease expert immediately. If not, consult a dermatologist or allergist.
