Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.

Discharge: The likelihood of pregnancy is low if you are taking your OCPs as directed. The discharge may be related to intercourse and any lubricants that you used.

Can be.: The cervix and vagina become engorged with blood vessels as a result of pregnancy hormones and physiology. Ergo, sex is more likely to cause spotting during pregnancy; bleeding like a period is never normal in pregnancy and prompt medical attention is warranted.

No: Implantation of a pregnancy doesn't happen until around day 6 after sex, so not much is happening, biochemically or physiologically in the days immediately after having sex.  About 5 days before you should get your period, can do a home pregnancy test. Best of luck.

No 'free' period: Of course possible to be pregnant if had unprotected sex. Need to take home pregnancy test if concerned--should occur 10-14 days after last unprotected intercourse.

Prob not: Anything is possible but could be from a tear or irritation or bladder problems or infection, or allergic to something or a cyst or fibroid, etc. So u need to see your gyn for a work up and a blood preg test.
