Not normal but seen: Constant back pain limiting basic activities of daily living (e.g. Walking or sitting) isn't normal; not even at 40 week of pregnancy. The weight gain, the "basketball" & surge in hormone preparing pelvic bones for delivery may contribute to the problem. Constant severe activity limiting pain should be discussed with ob. C-section is considered as the condition may interfere w/ vaginal delivery.

Get examined: If you're not pregnant, it's not labor pain.  I'm worried about you though.  You may have an infection, or even another (very early) pregnancy and if it's painful, your life may be at risk if the egg implanted in a fallopian tube.  Please go see your doctor immediately--do not wait.

Depends: It is reported by some anecdotal reports that arnica montana may be helpful for pain much like an antiinflammatory drug would help. I am not sure if this would be effective enough though, but probably safe.

Minimal : The risk to the mother is minimal most of the time.  The risk to the fetus is significant at that gestational age.  Prematurity and it's side effects is very serious.

Check pregnancy test: I do not know what the abbreviation af is. If you are concerned you may be pregnant then check a pregnancy test. They are cheap and reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Consider acupuncture: The cochrane review looks at all studies about a topic - their latest review on the safety and effectiveness of acupuncture for the induction of labor stated acupuncture "appears safe, has no known adverse effects to the fetus, and may be effective. However, the evidence regarding the clinical effectiveness of this technique is limited." 41 weeks is common, but check with your OB about concerns.

You can pass a mucous type substance or increase urination as the presenting part descends into the vagina and decreases the bladder capacity.  You can experience all the above or just minimal changes but make sure you call your physician if you have anything going on that you feel uncomfortable

Nausea: I have delivered several thousand babies and i must tell you that I do not like that symptom of nausea at the end of pregnancy. There are blood tests that need to be drawn to make sure there's no other metabolic problem.
