No: No, this is one of the oldest myths. You don't get pregnant from a toilet seat. Even if there was semen, it would need to be very fresh  and still wet (in which case, you'd probably not sit on it!). Sitting on a toilet does not usually put your vagina against the seat, so there would not be any direct contact. It's just not at all likely!

Not an issue: This is a non-issue, because nobody gets pregnant this way. No worries. If overly worried (which should not be the case for such non-issues) and not in a drought state like California, one can flush once and then sit down after the potential upward splash has subsided.

: I suppose  a girl could immediately scrape up  ejaculate from any location &amp; shove it in her vagina. That might get her pregnant. That would be gross. In medicine we know better than say always or never, so the chances of this happening are miniscule. Semen/sperm will quickly become inactivated/die when they are not in the protected environment of the female genitals.

If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.
