Fat distribution: In general, males tend to carry their excess abdominal fat within their abdominal cavity (intra-abdominal fat) and females within their abdominal wall (subcutaneous fat).  This is a generality and does not hold true for all cases.

No: Not necessarily. Abdominal fat develops overtime and generally due to excessive intake or calories and lack of exercise.

Unusual: Brain tumors in general are relatively rare in the general population. For there to be two in one family is unusual. She should have some work-up by her neurologist and a geneticist to see if there is some genetic syndrome that puts her and her family at increased risk for brain tumors.

Unlikely: If you've missed a period, the best way to tell if you're pregnant is to take a home pregnancy test.  Skin changes, when they happen in pregnancy, tend to happen much, much later. Good luck!

Too soon: The symptoms of pregnancy are triggered by hormones made by the conception mass of cells/placenta after they form. Five days is much too soon for this to be related. It is likely another issue. Timing might be okay for some of the STD's but stomach cramps would not be a common sign of them.

Some weeks, months, or years later, the embryo can be placed into a woman to start her pregnancy.
