Reflux?: A common cause of stomach pain and nausea when lying down is reflux.  If acid splashes up from the stomach, these are common complaints.  Try some tums, (calcium carbonate) but also schedule an appointment with your doc to be sure.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, STD's, vaginal spotting, menstrual periods, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 WEEKS after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner and is negative, or if having varying results, one can usually retest in a few days or more.
