PRES: This shows Headaches, Confusion, Seizures &amp; Visual loss. Some causes are Malignant Hypertension &amp; Eclampsia &amp; Renal failure &amp; Lupus. Can increase if Magnesium levels are low.

Do not worry: If all your concern is an elevated SGPT that is normal now, there is no cause for concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Atenolol: Yes. Very reasonable. Track pulse rate and BP a couple times a day for 5-7 days, then twice a week. Keep record. Share with your doctor.

See below: Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome is characterized by headache, confusion, seizures, visual loss and M.R.I. showing characteristic lesions.  It is seen in lupus and treatment is treatment of lupus, treatment of coexisting hypertension, and treatment of kidney failure or eclapsia if it exists. You should be and probably are in the good hands of a Rheumatologist, Neurologist and others.

Usually reversible: Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (pres) is a syndrome characterized by headache, confusion, seizures and visual loss. There have been reported cases presenting with cortical blindness with near or complete recovery of vision. There are many implicated causes, including ecclampsia, malignant hypertension, tacrolimus and Cyclosporine use, hypercalcemia. Treatment depends on the cause.

See eye doc: This could be an infection, esp if it is worsening and throbbing. I would see an ophthalmologist.

400mg often used: Some people do take up to 400mg.  This is the upper limit of what should be prescribed.  Sometime people that take higher doses of medications are more prone to the medication side effects.  For Modafinil most common potential side effects would be nausea, headache, insomnia, anxiety.  Would talk with your doctor about any potential side effects.
