No risk, no worry: HIV is not transmitted by hand-genital contact. Only sex with penetration allows enough virus to contact susceptible cells inside the body. Also no significant risk of any other STD.

: HIV is not transmitted sexually when treatment has reduced viral load to undetectable levels, and the anal sex was protected and oral is very low risk, even with high viral load. PEP probably isn't needed, but this may depend in part on the reliability of the information about the treated person's viral load. Best to check with a local expert, and maybe your partner being retested.

The seminal fluid is a viscous fluid rich in fructose, making up the bulk of semen. The prostate adds a thin white fluid containing enzymes, citric acid, and lipids. The bulbourethral glands add a clear fluid. Ejaculation is the act of discharging semen.
