No: HIV transmission is not likely in above scenario. Always use mechanical protection (condoms) in order to prevent STD’s.

There are no nevers: And no always.  Risk is quite small but you shouldn't be giving oral sex to an HIV infected person.

: See reply to your other question. With this greater detail, you were not completely protected:  PrEP needs to be taken continuously for at least a week prior to exposure for protection to be complete. The risk still is extremely low, but see the advice in my other reply about holding off on further anti HIV drugs and having an HIV test in a few weeks, with no sex in the meantime.

Minor but some: The exposure you describe would require that the germs and or the sperm from his penis live long enough to make it inside your vagina. Some are more resilient than others but sperm and some germs dry out &amp; become inactive when exposed to the drying effect of room air. If you don't want pregnancy or exposure to STD's you must avoid any circumstance where they are possible.

Sperm: it takes but one sperm to fertilize an egg. There are plenty of sperm in the pre-ejaculatory se creations of the penis.  Therefore, if the sperm got in the vagina you could get pregnant.  In simple terms: penis + vagina - birth control = pregnancy.

: This was a zero risk exposure. If you had a true exposure, PrEP "on demand" (2-1-1) is very good but probably not quite as effective as continuing PrEP.
