Saliva build up?: Are you saying that you are having trouble swallowing your saliva orchard you are producing an increased amount of saliva?     If your symptoms are severe, you should be evaluated by a physician.   An antihistamine like Allegra or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) should help with the post nasal drip.  Good luck!

: I still think your body is fighting off a common cold viral infection that'll most likely last a week or so.  If you feel that your belching is gas buildup from indigestion, avoid gassy foods &amp; beverages.  Don't force yourself to belch as you'll only keep swallowing more air. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals prevents gas buildup.

Vomiting : Vomiting up blood can be from a bleeding from a bloody nose which you cough or vomit up, it can be from a bleeding ulcer, it can be from a tear in a blood vessel in your esophagus or it can be from a cancer.  A lot of your chances of having these things depends on things like your age, your smoking, alcohol intake, caffeine intake, spicy food choices, stress among other things.  It is reasonable to have an endoscopy (egd)  to help rule out the more dangerous and sinister problems.
