Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Withdrawal: Yes. It is estimated that 30% of couples who use the withdrawal method for birth control get pregnant.

This is not in any way a wise or effective choice if you do not want to get pregnant.

Maybe: Kind of depends if you have engaged in sexual activity with your beloved. Being married (or not) has no effect on becoming pregnant.

Very unlikely: If these procedures were done correctly and in a way that the tubes could not reconnect, then pregnancy is not going to happen.  A partial hysterectomy lowers that possibility.   If you are having pregnancy type symptoms after all this, then check with your OB-Gyn to see if there is some other problem.

Anything is possible: Ovulation after delivery can occur as early as three weeks after, with or without still having milk.

Unlikely, but ...: In order to get pregnant, intercourse must occur around the time of ovulation (releasing an egg). Ovulation usually takes place about two weeks after menstruation, which makes it unlikely (but not 100% impossible) you would become pregnant from intercourse around the time of your period. If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, be sure to discuss effective birth control options with your doctor.

The : The chance would be very, very low. If a woman had sexual intercourse on the last day of her period, she ovulated fairly early and still had live, motile sperm in her body, than she could become pregnant.

Quite possible: It's possible, so the answer is not "no." That means the answer is "yes" but what does that tell a person? It tells a person to get on a reliable form of birth control, if wandering fingers are going to happen again... and fingers do tend to wander. If worried, one can do a home pregnancy test if there are early signs of pregnancy, such as a late or missed period.
