Maybe a cyst?: Irregular cycle, pain, and hormonal symptoms can all be related to an ovarian cyst. Cysts are common, and they usually resolve on their own. If your period doesn't come soon, or the pain is significant, then make an appointment with your gyn to get an ultrasound.

i had unprotected sex on the 6th of feb, by the 8th or 9th i had slight bleeding like spotting like for 2 to 5 days then it stopped. i took 2 hpt and both came negative however i've been experiencing cramps, breast tenders and fatigue. am i pregnant?

: You forgot to give us date of last period, if your period is always regular and the timing of those 2 pregnancy tests. You probably concern if the bleeding was due to implantation. Implantation bleeding does not persist that long. I do not think you are pregnant.

Miss period?: Did you miss your period? If not, you probably tested too early. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.

Consider MTHFR test: Test for both 677 ; 1298 genotypes.  It is one of the frequent causes of multiple miscarriages.  Test husband too, as that contributes to the genetics of the fetus. 84% of the population has at least one of these bad genes. Treatment is l-methylfolate, p5p and methylcobalamin. Breasts/abd'n Heavy: You may be experiencing breast sensitivity and "bloating" as a natural part of your monthly cycle, which is quite common. Of course, a pregancy can cause this, but if the tests are negative, i would bet on the former. It is always best to discuss any "new" symptoms of this kind with your gynecologist to get his advice and counsel.

You may: Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternative you could see your doctor for a blood test that is more sensitive.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Could still be preg: Urine home pregnancy tests make take longer to turn positive.  Consider getter a serum pregnancy test or at least repeat the urine test in about a week.

Verify pg test.: Repeating a pg test 1 week after the first one, can verify that the pg is negative. Check again. If not pg and miss another period see doc.
