THC pills: You might be referring to marinol, which any physician in any state can prescribe.  You don't have to be in las vegas.  However, it is usually prescribed only for very sick people with cancer, etc. In some, it may calm chemotherapy-related nausea, and improve appetite when there has been extensive weight loss.

Partly because the push to use it is colored by biased reports (Most research in this country is paid for by industry), and the other is the fear of being sued if safer first choices fail.

See below: Each stroke is different depending on the severity, location, support and therapy you receive. Continue to follow up with a neurologist, PM&amp;R specialist and physical therapist if you are still prescribed therapy sessions. Talk with your dr about preventive tx for future strokes. An occupational therapist may help you recover some function with some activities of daily living. Recovery is variable.

Why are you running: out, unless you were taking more than you should? Suboxone/subutex are meant to be used by people who are responsible and can manage a prescription. For those who have problems doing that, clinics dose daily and don't give take-home doses until you demonstrate responsibility. 
There are medications, like pepto bismol, benadryl (diphenhydramine) and ibuprofen that can treat many withdrawal symptoms, clonidine helps.

Likely yes: As lon as you are not putting youself in any physical danger, then you may go. Scary houses, etc will not hram your pregnancy/baby as long as you remain safe.
