Itchy legs: Please continue to explore / change any cosmetics you use.  Sometimes low B12 can cause itching.  Please see your doctor.  He/she can test for that.  If low B12 use the sublingual type, not the type you swallow whole.  It will enter your system better that way.  Peace and good health.

Skin lesions present: If you do not have any skin lesions present you may just have dry skin on your legs. This is very common especially in the winter. Do not use any type of soap on your legs. Before you go to bed apply a moisturizer that is a cream or an ointmentand in the morning apply a lotion. Keep your showers short and don't use hot water. Never shower more than once a day and if possible skip a day.
