No, your constipatio: Doesnt affect the baby. Drink a lot of fluids, eat foods with high fiber content and take stool softeners. If you dont start your symptoms may get worse with time.

Please call the doc : Who did your termination or your regular gyn if they are not the same , you need an exam, you should not have a hematoma by your anus from an abortion, it could be a thrombosed hemm., your gyn should be able to tell what it is.

See Abortion MD: You should have returned to the Abortion MD at the 2 week interval to make sure that the process was complete and there was no evidence of infection. If you did not do that, then call the MD and have them re-evaluate you post procedure.

Fainting?: If you are fainting, you need to get checked right away to find out what is going on.  You need to be examined in person.  Call the doc who treated you or go to an ER now if you are dizzy or fainted today.  If not get checked by doc tomorrow or to an ER if your symptoms return.  Do not drive, until you are certain that the dizziness has been treated.

i started my period 2 days ago and experienced severe cramping/nausea in lower belly, uterus, and anus for about an hour and nearly passed out from the pain/discomfort. i have had 2 medical abortions before and compared it to the same kind of pain?

: What you now experience is called dysmenorrhea. You can take Ibuprofen or naproxen, as needed for the pain. Heat pad over the pelvic area may be helpful, also. If pain is not tolerable with these measures, see a GYN doctor for advice. Contraceptive pill may be helpful at times.

Yes: Blood  from uterus can basically land anywhere - especially if bleeding vigorously. However that does not mean that rectal bleeding is occurring.

Abortions safe: Abortions or any other surgical procedure performed  by a skilled, trained physician  can have complications. There are  less problems if the patient has good health with few to no medical problems. An abortion has fewer risks if performed prior to the first trimester

Hysterotomy: You are referring to a hysterotomy. This is not done any more for abortion. The risks are way too great to justify doing that. This is not the standard of care.
