Depends.: If you have a family history of ovarian cancer then you should consider having your ovaries removed.  If you have menopause symptoms, recurrent cysts or other problems related to your ovaries then you may consider removing your ovaries.  This would cause menopause and likely cause some symptoms.  Need to have a detailed discussion with your doctor to help you decide what is best.

Yes: Your ovaries are still fining after a tubal ligation. Cysts will come and go and are part of the normal cycle.

Cancer risk: Along with ovarian cancer there is another less know cancer called fallopian tube cancer. Gynecologist now remove the entire segment of fallopian tube during a hysterectomy and often at time of cesarean section to decrease this risk

Scar tissue: You might need another procedure to clean that up.  You should be evaluated by your gynecologist or general surgeon.

You need a diagnosis: It's easy to assume that your symptoms are caused by the surgery. If you have menstrual irregularities  and or pelvic pain, a full evaluation is warranted with hormonal testing and ultrasound.

Do not be minimized: whether in your head or abdomen , your symptoms should be fully heard and evaluated. Even if symptoms are in our head, they may indicate something is bothering us.

: It can if it leads to less congestion in your pelvic veins which is the cause of pelvic congestion. Your own gynecologist can advise you best,though.
