Unsure: You can take  home pregnancy test to know.  Plan B One-Step is up to 89 % effective when taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. It can reduce chance of pregnancy by up to 95% if used within 24 hours. It continues to reduce the risk of pregnancy up to 120 hours (5 days) after unprotected sex, but is less effective as time passes.

Doubt it: The last pill in the pack is the furthest away from the time of ovulation so the chance of pregnancy at that time was minimal, plus if you had your normal period, this supports you even more.

Probably not: Hopefully, the Plan B or the birth control pills are working, but it's too soon to tell about pregnancy. A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a "period". If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Probably not pregnan: If you are having a heavy flow you are probably not pregnant or cold not be sustaining one. The best tests are accurate about 5 days after implantation in the uterine wall. So if you get one of those and check and it is negative you're safe.

Plan b effects: With both condoms and plan b protection, pregnancy is highly unlikely.  Plan b usually causes break through bleeding and may cause some alteration in normal menstrual cycle.

Well, that depends: If you have irregular bleeding that may just be a Plan B side effect.  If you have your actual period, then you are not pregnant.

A known side effect: Plan B does upset your normal menstrual rhythm and the bleeding may be due to fall in hormone levels. You may wish to take a pregnancy test 3-4 weeks after the episode of sex in question. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later.
