Acne: I assume that "devo" is actually meant to be "Depo" as in Depo-Provera.  Hormone changes, be they naturally occurring or due to treatment, can cause acne.  Managing acne starts with gentle facial cleaning, but can also include using benzoyl peroxide as well as other agents, both taken orally or applied to the skin.  A medical visit to discuss options should be considered

Go low carb!: Recent research suggests that low-fat diets may actually cause acne. The skin needs some fat to stay healthy, so eating very little fat can actually stimulate oil production and cause more pimples to form. This does not mean you should pig out on burgers every day, but choose foods that have monounsaturated (healthy) fats. Walnuts, almonds, avocados, and fish, for example, contain healthy fats.

Treat them: You can try by going to your local pharmacy and purchasing acne medication to use.  If the over the counter medication does not work, make an appointment with your dr. And see if rx medication is needed.  Stay clean and wash your skin often.  Best wishes.

Yes: The skin is a funny organ.  Any trauma, like popping a pimple, may leave the skin lighter or darker.  Usually, with time, the normal skin color will return.  However, it may also become permanent.  Make an appointment with a dermatologist who specializes in lasers.  He/she will be able to best diagnose your skin changes and possibly treat the light skin with an xtrac or fractional laser.

Go to doctor: A dermatologist can biopsy and excise it.
 Hopefully it is benign. 
I just reviewed a medscape skin cancer slide set and there were a few pictures of skin cancer on the lips.
 Use uv protection even on the lips.

Cyst: Sebaceous glands are oil glands that secrete oil to lubricate the skin on the face.  When the glands are plugged up then they create oil filled white cysts.  It can be removed by your ophthalmologist or dermatologist.

Ear: You need to have it checked out with an ENT. Dont out anything in the ear and keep it dry until you can have it checked. Sounds like you may need an ear wick, drops and perhaps oral antibiotics. I'd go to an ER today

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination . However, if you are shaving your groin, stop doing that. Wash the area with soap and water, twice a day and keep it dry.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

A picture is worth : A thousand words. Are you diabetic? Balanitis, glans penis redness and ooze, ? Pimple, may be yeast, fungus or bacteria. You need to go to pcp, urgent care- not er.  May be treated, may be cultured. May have other work up.  Can't do this by phone or internet.
