About 30-40% of patients with Eczema have an associated food allergy.

Wait it out: If you are only one week after a skin infection- you are within the inflammatory phase that follows the infection.  So- your skin will undergo changes until it becomes more 'normal'. Wait a couple of weeks and it should improve..

Nothing : Brownidh discoloration following circumcision, on head of penis, is not uncommon, God which nothing needs to be done. Let your GP look at it at your next physical to have additional peace of mind.

Keep well moisturized plus also use sunscreen when outdoors. 
Could also use twice daily a mild Cortisone cream - rubbed in gently and completely
