See below: It is more important that you assist your room mate in hydration. Give him/her any liquids the person may tolerate, could be ginger ale, flat soda, gatorade, pedialyte or water. What caused it would be a long list, including hangover, viral infection and food poisoning.

my girlfriend had a delayed period following sexual intercourse a few weeks ago. a week ago her period ended and we had sex 5 days later, this time she threw up after sex and nearly fainted. 2 days since she had a thick and pink/brown discharge?

: Obviously she should be seen immediately by her OB/GYN to rule out a pelvic infection , an ectopic pregnancy or an intrauterine mass.

Very possibly: Given the right scenario of early pregnancy it is likely.  Would recommend an urgent evaluation by obstetrician/gynecologist, or local emergency department.  Ignoring could lead to complications and excessive blood loss.

I : I am not sure what caused you to vomit a black substance.  Hematemesis is the medical word for vomiting blood. Blood that is vomited can look black or it may be dark brown and look like coffee grounds. In some cases bright red blood  is vomited. Did you eat anything really dark?  Do you drink alcohol heavily?  Did you have a nose bleed prior to that? Are you sure you vomited up the substance and did not cough it up?

Need more: Information like age, history of alcohol or history of ulcers or abdominal pain. May be gastrointestinal bleeding. See your doctor.

Vomiting: About a thousand things. The most important thing is to make sure the child does not dehydrate. Lack of urinating is a sign of dehydration. I would strongly recommend getting the child to the er for an assessment.

Any of them: In vomitus, active brisk bleeding may look like a unit of transfused blood. If this is what you're seeing, call 911 immediately.Old blood may look like coffee-grounds, and be dark-colored. Oozing, small volume bleeds may be diluted by other stomach contents and may look like streaks, clots, or pink-tinged material. Any of these descriptions deserves urgent evaluation--bleeding is never "normal.".

Green vomit: Some causes are; Infection of liver, Alcohol or medications such as pain pills, Food allergies or food poisoning, Bowel obstruction, etc.  Consult your PCP to explore cause.

i have bulimia and i noticed pink streaks in my vomit. is it blood and is it dangerous?

Yes and yes: Vomiting can cause tears in the esophagus and more complications, as if bulimia alone was not bad enough. Please seek counseling for the condition.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
