what is the best way to treat a pimple with no head? also, my pimples don't go away for weeks, what is a solution?

See a dermatologist: In the modern era, there is never a reason to live with acne. Treatment is quite effective, and can prevent permanent scarring. You have seen people with pitted scars on their faces, due to untreated acne when young. Don't take that risk. A dermatologist can help you manage this. Good luck!

i have three pimples that all seemed to be formed next to eachother. what should i do for them? should i see my doctor if they don't go away?

Warm compresses.: Yes go see your doctor if they do not resolve or if they spread or enlarge.

i have permanent pimples all over my private part and they have been there for some years now they are not painful or itchy but they just don't go away they are really disturbing also they kindda look like mosquito bites and not normal pimples?

: A healthy diet should not make those pimples worse. You need both oral and topical medications for getting rid of those lesions which I think infected cystic acne. Please see a dermatologist if possible. Good luck!

my daughter has pimple like bumps all over her arms and some on he legs she has had them for a couple of years and they don't go away what could it be?

Molluscum Contagiosu: Molluscum contagiosum is a disease of day care in children.  After they are infected, it itches, so they scratch.  They look like little whiteheads, to skin color donuts with a dimple in the middle. Very contagious, and she can self inoculate (spread by scratching). Can be frozen, cut, or curettes off, also can use "bettlejuice"..I don't recommend that, left large scars on my son. Check by derm!

i dont have acne but when i get a pimple& whether i pop it or not it leaves a dark spot that dont go away.i eat healthy & balanced food, workout,take multivitamins containing high dose of vitamin c.i use sunblock daily, yet the dark spots are there?

: Post-inflammatory pigmentation is a normal response. The pigmentation does fade but often take far longer than desired.

Try this: Wash w gentle cleanser 2x/day & use oil free products. Exfoliate occasionally. Try not to pop pimples.  Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

Acne is possible: You could simply be having acne but this could also be due to a superficial bacterial infection.  I really recommend you see your doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
