See a doctor: This infection needs to be professionally evaluated. It could become quite dangerous if ot properly managed, and may require a small incision to drain pus, an antibiotic prescription, or both.

Keep clean: If it is from shaving, this is folliculitis.
It is treated with good washing and using a clean razor once it has healed.  You can wash the skin with rubbing alcohol several times a day to help clean it up. Some people are more prone to this.  If it is not going away or worsening, see your family doc or a dermatologist to get an antibiotic to help clear the skin.  Get seen to get best treatment.

Skin infections: Pus filled bumps on the skin are usually the symptom of a skin infection.  When they become red, warm to touch and painful it is called cellulitis.  Treatment of this includes oral antibiotics and occassionally drainage.  See your doctor, because resistant infections are becoming more common and require special treatment.

Cyst: This may represent an Epidermoid cyst.  Follow with your PCP or dermatologist and they can remove it if it bothers you!

Hard to know: Really need to see them but could be molluscum, bites, infection of hair follicles, or a number of other things. If they have been there a while and haven't changed much i'd think more likely molluscum.
