Sebaceous cyst: Most likely. Would do nothing as it is symptom free. Could be shown to your doctor at next routine visit.

Warts are  classified under sexually transmitted diseases which can be treated easily.
Caused by Virus.

: They are 'papules and they overwhelmingly cause no problem. Keep the area clean and dry. If they enlarge or increase pl. see a Urologist

Sebaceous cyst: He probably had a sebaceous cyst. Popping it was not a good idea. If it is not showing signs of healing, he should see a doctor to prevent it from getting infected.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Get examined.: Any history of unprotected sex? Does it hurt/itch? Any discharge? How long have you had it? Sometimes these things can be normal, like an epidermal inclusion cyst, or sometimes they can be the sign of an sti.  More likely it's benign because it's on the shaft, but when in doubt, get checked.

i just realized three pimple looking bumbs on the shaft of my penis...what can they be?  they don't hurt or itch. only slightly hurt when i touch them

Possibly warts: Let your PCP check you. This could be genital warts. There are other conditions presenting like this that could be important.

MD eval: Hard to judge this without a history and inspection, could be STD, coukd be pearly penile papule, coukd be excess sweating or blister d/t friction. Have a dictor check this out if you need answers to get to the bottom of this problem

Need to be seen!: Best thing to do is to have it checked by a dermatologist.  If the small bumps are dome shaped with a central dimple, it could be molluscum contagiosum. This is a skin rash caused by a viral infection that can spread by sexual contact. Early lesions on the genitalia may be mistaken for herpes or warts but, unlike herpes, these lesions are painless. Have it checked and diagnosed. Hope this helps.
