It is recommended : That pimples not be popped. It is especially dangerous to  pop a pimple in this location (the triangle of death) because it can lead to infection involving the brain.

Nose pimple: This may be a true "pimple", possibly caused by an ingrown nasal hair. It may also be a cold sore. Warm soaks may help. Avoid the temptation to pick. If it doesn't resolve in a few days, consider herpes treatment.

Acne Rosacea: You have acne rosacea. You will need treatment with topical or oral antibiotic depending on the severity of the acne.  Hormonal imbalance could be a contributing factor.

Nostril bump: Generally, pimples inside the nostrils are painful/tender, while allergic reactions are itchy.  Most likely, you have a pimple or an inflamed (+/- infected) hair follicle.  If your condition worsens, you develop additional symptoms, or it persists unchanged for 2+ weeks, you should see your doctor.  If you develop swelling elsewhere, difficulty breathing or swallowing, ... Go to the er!

Folliculitis: Recurrent small white pimples in the nose are usually do to a staph infection of the hair follicle, which is where the hair grows before it rises above the skin. Sometimes it can be due to picking at the nose or squeezing a pimple. It will often go away on its own. Antibiotic ointment may speed resolution but repeated episodes require a culture of the nose by your physician. Do NOT squeeze it.

Probably a cyst: that would need to be removed or it will keep re-occurring.  You can use warm compresses to help it to drain naturally, but that may not be enough to get rid of it.
