At Least A Yeast: Yes it could. But just in case you're not convinced, wait a few more days and I bet it'll start itching. But if you just want to get rid of that pesky cottage cheese now, try an over-the-counter (OTC; non-Rx) cream at your local variety store and see if that works. If not, you might then need a prescription cream or pill from your doctor. He or she might also check you for other things in there.
