Dont squeeze: Dont try to get rid of it by squeezing, wash your face gently with soap and warm water when you take bath or shower, if it does not go away see your doctor.

Rash: This could be a superficial bacterial infection such as impetigo or could be herpes.  See your doc if this does not resolve.

Virus vs bacteria: A cold sore is a virus typically on lips or inside your mouth.  A pimple is a bacterial infection.  If it is truly a pimple it is bacterial and either infection in the gland in the corner of your mouth or on the skin near the corner.  A cold sore is a herpetic virus, usually more painful typically lasting 10 days to 2 weeks.

Have your doctor: take a look. May be a cyst underneath that was infected. If that's the case, it may become infected again, so it's best to have it properly diagnosed. You can also apply warm compresses to the area, rather than trying to pop it.

: Do not squeeze or pop whitehead or a pimple,especially on your lip. It could lead to disfigurement or scarring. Apply hit (not too hot) compresses. Apply rubbing alcohol to surrounding areas to kill any staph bacteria if pus comes out.  Apply antibacterial cream. If there is progressive swelling,increasing pain,tenderness or redness, go to a physician or to the ER for treatment.

Lump: Your lump is probably an inpetiginous pimple.Do not squeeze the pimple as it will spread the infection. Use an antibiotic ointment for treatment

Oral herpes: Oral herpes outbreaks typically go red bump to blister (clear fluid) to pimple to open sore to crust/scab over 7-14 days. Recurrent outbreaks usually are in more or less the same spot every time. Most doctors are good at recognizing oral herpes, so you probably can rely on your doc's opinion. But if uncertain, testing can be done to know for sure -- for virus in the lesion, or blood test for HSV1.

Several nutritional deficiency states of vitamins or minerals have been linked to AC. It is thought that in about 25% of people with AC, iron deficiency or deficiency of B vitamins are involved. Keep a good oral hygiene, try to eat healthier and take a good multi-vitamin.

If it is: If it is inside your cheek, it could be just a salivary duct. To be certain though, i would see an ENT or even your dentist and have them examine it.
