HS: There is a strong possibility what you are describing is Hidradenitis suppurativa. For this you may need a long course of suppressive antibiotic cream. Please see your Gynecologist for an exact diagnosis and management.

Boil: There are lot of glands in vaginal skin and so its easy for them to get blocked and turn into boils . If having recurrent boil then it might be worthwhile getting swabs done and seeing doctor , also excluding diabetes.

When the cloth cools, reheat it with warm water and put it back on the area. Repeat these steps for 10 to 15 minutes, 3 times a day. If not better, you need to see a doctor. Do not shave the area as it irritates and promotes folliculitis

Sit n soak: If you have a bath tub at home sit an soak in warm bath for about 15-20 minutes. Best if done at least twice a day. Other option is applying a clean wet hot compress to the area. Reapply when it cools and repeat.  Wear cotton underwear during the day and no underwear at night to bed.

Bartholin abscess?: This sounds like inflammation of your Bartholin gland, which is one of the glands that produces sexual lubricant; there is one on each side of the vaginal opening. Some but not all such infections are due to STD, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. See a doctor ASAP; you probably need an antibiotic and maybe an incision to drain pus. Good luck!
