Doctor can examine: To ask, "Is it typical to develop one flat tiny red spot on your breast," is to ask, "Do most women get one flat tiny red spot on a breast during pregnancy?" Haven't heard of that happening to "most women." Otherwise, it would be a well known entity. There is however such a thing as spots of blood vessels called pregnancy hemangiomas (can Google it). Best to have the Ob-Gyn see the spot in-person.

Not : Not at all!  pregnancy is a very special time and many women choose to document this time with photos.  All a regular camera does is record the light reflecting off of the objects it sees.  It does not emit radiation like an x-ray machine or sound waves like an ultrasound in order to get an image.  Therefore, snap away!

During the first: Trimester the baby is undergoing a great deal of development and is particularly vulnerable to teratogens.

Depends: Typically ultrasounds during a pregnancy are done by a tech.  The tech typically has more time to search the nuances of the pregnancy than the doctor.  The doctor typically reviews the information and ultrasound by the tech. Without knowing the experience of either professional, it is impossible to say, though they do work as a team to provide you with comprehensive care.

Hard to say: Six weeks is the earliest we expect to see cardiac activity by ultrasound. Things change so fast in those first few weeks.  I would repeat the U/S in 1-2 weeks.
