Medical treatment : Petronius disease is  caused by a fibrous plaque that forms in the erectile body of the penis causing the penis to curve  when it is erect. Vitamin E and potaba  are medical treatments, but are not very effective.

Yes.: Peyronie's disease is scarring of the tunica albicans of the penile shaft.  It is inflammatory and is analagous to dupuytren's contracture of the palmar fascia if the hand. Steroid injections may help, and there is surgery in the background.  The fda has approved a "collagenolytic enzyme" for the hand and it has been used successfully for peyronie's without a formal indication.

No way: When minor can be helped or corrected in some with oral potaba, in others with surgery, but never with a penile pump or any home remedies. Best to consult with a urologist.

Could be: Penis is curved upwards in pepronie's & there is usually a hard plaque of tissue under the upper skin which has contracted upper side of penis causing curvature. However, some males can have congenital penile curvature, most commonly downwards, often associated with repaired or un-repaired hypospadias and referred to as chordee. Mild upward curve can also be congeniral.

: That sounds like a great question for the urologist. A fracture comes from trauma - so you can address the possibility of trauma to the penis.
