Yes, but...: This is the cream used to treat scabies. Typically in adults and older children scabies do not affect head/face/scalp. This is not true in young children and babies for some reason. So typically we tell older patients to use the cream from neck down. However, in children and if symptoms on scalp in adult (this would be rare), can safely use on scalp

Depends on variables: This is basically a bug killer, like what is in your handy bug spray. Repeated applications to the skin, especially if the skin barrier is broken down by infection, infestation or burns could lead to the toxic material entering your blood.

What's the cause ?: Cellulitis is basically a visible inflammation (itis) of the skin and soft tissues (red, hot, swollen and tender) . It can be caused by many things including sunburn (radiation), trauma (sprained ankle) or poor vein circulation (stasis dermatitis). It need not be caused by bacteria.  If you have repeated episodes of this, get to a wound care or vascular specialist, the diagnoses you have is wrong.
