No: Unless you do fertility therapy most people do not know the exact moment they conceived. The due date is an approximation not an exact date.  Ultrasounds only predict due dates in the first trimester within 7 days and ultrasound dating of pregnancy gets less accurate in the second and third trimesters.

Pregnancy test : It is often hard. The only way to know is to check a pregnancy test. If you have a positive pregnancy test and are bleeding it is a good idea to follow up with your gyn.

Normally none: Normally there is no bleeding in the first trimester. Some bleeding, though, does always mean a bad thing. if you are having some bleeding, your OB might want to check some hormone levels or do an ultrasound, so you should call.

Normal: Morning sickness is common early in pregnancy and will usually resolve by the end of the first trimester.
