Maybe normal: Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. Be sure to put a reliable "Plan A" into action, so that Plan B won't be needed in the future.

drank plan b 2 weeks ago had spotting after that then i started feeling some bladder pressure with no pain as if it was a uti for a week now and 6 days late period spotted 2 days and haven't had any discharge until now its very watery. is it normal?

: Consult your GYN physician for an exam and additional testing (ultrasound, pregnancy testing) if a "home" pregnancy test is positive.

Not typical: This could represent a normal reaction to the Plan B, but also could represent either an ectopic or intrauterine pregnancy.  I would recommend that you see your physician who will likely perform testing and an ultrasound.

Plan B: Plan B works by disrupting the lining of the uterus so a fertilized egg can't implant there.  It sounds like it did what it was supposed to do so it is unlikely you are pregnant.  When in doubt, take a pregnant test in several weeks.

Time and technique: If you did the test correctly and it was negative at 17 days after a missed period, you are very unlikely to be pregnant. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

my last menstrual cycle was 12/01/21-12/06/21. i am on the mini pull. had unprotected sex 12/17/21 and took plan b 18 hours later. im 3 weeks out today with late period but negative test. when can i be considered in the clear of being pregnant?

: A home test would be positive now if you conceived from intercourse 12/17. If you take the mini-pill consistently you have good protection but unpredictable periods. Also the Plan B (besides erring on the side of excessive caution) could further disrupt them.
