Call your gyn: U need evaluation, u could be having bleeding from the pill or other causes u need an exam, blood work and an ultrasound and want to make sure u are not pregnant.

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common. It happens in about 11% of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the birth control method  is not working.

It would be prudent to see your doctor to exclude a non-physiologic cause of bleeding. In the mean time you should take oral iron and multivitamin supplements to replenish the iron lost in bleeding.

This : This could possibly be an emergency situation. The bleeding has likely caused you to be anemic resulting in you being very tired. I have seen many patients that present this way that end up in the hospital getting a blood transfusion and possibly a hysterectomy. I don't want to scare you but I do want you to know the possible severity of the situation.
You may be dealing with uterine fibroids (benign tumors of the uterus), endometrial hyperplasia or tumor etc. That are the cause of the bleeding.
Being uninsured does not mean that you should go without care. Your local county hospital will be able to provide you with services for a fee that is based on your income or lack therof.
