: Give yourself 4-6 weeks to heal fully. What you described is not a contraindication for pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Mastitis: The causative organism is not likely to be sensitive to penicillin.  Without a culture it is difficult to predict accurately, but suspect this will be staph aureus, and possibly mrsa.  Go back and see your doctor before an abscess forms.  Good luck.
