Possibly: There are studied top suggest higher pregnancy rates from FET rather than fresh ivf, comparing of course similar quality embryos. This stems from lower hormone levels during FET cycles. You bmi should not have any significant impact.

Unlikely: It possible but unlikely that you have become pregnant. The urine tests are not as sensitive as the blood test so it is possible to miss is this early. It is a good idea to follow your clinic's instructions.
