Very little success!: The drug is used to help people with vascular claudication , purportedly improving circulation by making red cells more "pliable." it works for this. There are a number of reports on its use, but little are placebo-controlled trials. Has been used in raynaud's, vascultis (small vessel), and other diseases. Few side-effects occur. No value in arthritis, but can be tried in a rheumatology practice.

Might: These medicines work best withuld to moderate obstrctuon ( cicrulation 50% or better) when it is  worse or.when there is an ulcer or pain at rest they are usually not enough on their own

: Priapism is a rare side effect of cialis. I am not sure you use L arginine for erectile dysfunction or for peripheral vascular insufficiency along with pentoxifylline. In theory, because L arginine can increase the blood flow to the penis so it can strengthen the effect of cialis or exacerbate the side effect. However, there is no reported interaction of these three medications that I can find.

is usage of pentoxifylline or cinnarizine justified for a ticking eye? tests haven't show anything so far but my md is switching my meds for the tick.

Opthalmologist: Is this a twitching of the eyelid or a complete spasm closing the eyelid? Twitches are often caused by caffeine excess, eye strain, stress,  and anxiety. I'm not familiar with the use of the above mentioned medications for eyelid twitching. Have you consulted an opthalmologist or perhaps a neurologist if the problem is very frequent and bothersome.
