: I have never heard of a dry drop. Milk it and see if any thing comes out. If so get an STD test. If not and not using protection I would get STD exam and test.

Of course: There are several conditions on ther penile skin that can occur that are not std's. These lersions can occur just as they would anywhere else on your body. See your urologist or dermatologist for treatment.

Several possibls: I can think of at least 4 off immediately(herpes, hpv, syphilis and chancroid) .There are probably others.If this is your concern i would have the issue evaluated and proper testing done.

Genital hygiene: Are you circumcised or un-circumcised? Wash your penis with soap every day while in shower. if you are un-circumcised, You will need to pull your foreskin back and the wash your penis with soap. I will also recommend use of fresh underwear every day.  
It will be helpful to keep wet wipes with you an use it as needed to clean the area of sweat in between the showers.
