A normal: Penis doesn't have any abnormal odor -- and, if kept clean, doesn't harbor any abnormal or dangerous bacteria. So why use antibacterial creams on a poor defenseless organ? Just use mild soap and water like any other aspect of normal bodily hygiene. Your body and everyone else's has an odor. That's normal and how we tell each other apart, just like appearance and voice.

I would find out why: Your penis is malodorous first before applying an antibiotic.. Do you have a rash? Do you have a penile drip?  When the cause of the odor is identifies - a treatment plan can be developed.
