Accepted Answer

No: It is what it is!  if you are a healthy person and are celebate, there would be no reason to believe you would have any change in or function of you penis.   It should work just fine and be the same as it ever was if you begin to be sexually active again.

Accepted Answer

Not usually: Spermatoceles are usually a by-product of development of the genital tract, meaning one is born with it.  It may not become noticeable until the person ages.  Sometimes they are cause by trauma to the sperm cord but that is generally away from the penis and in the scrotum or groin.

No effect: Inconsistent sleep should not affect penis growth during puberty, nor should lack of full sleep. Very extreme chronic sleep deprivation might affect testosterone production, but almost never.

Not necessarily: Ask her what turnd her on. Clitoris is the most important female body part for both pleasurable sensation and to achieve orgasm, and may need stimulation. A very small or very thin penis might not suit her perfectly. She might like you to use your fingers and/or tongue. She should tell you. Hopefully, she hasn't lost interest either in sex or in you. Common causes of: penile pain include inflammation/infection in urinary tract/urethra, but typically worse with uurination. Similarly, prostatitis would likely not be limited to the penis.The amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid each man may produce after achieving an erection is highly variable; it can be normal not to perceive any (though a small amount may be there). I don't think it's related to penile pain. See Doc

Normal: It happens: lack of sleep, stress, tension, anxiety, alcohol, medicine, prescription medication, street/recreational drugs. subclinical depression. thyroid/blood sugar issues. Loss of early AM erections in a 27 year old is not a sign of anything. Sorry to break your bubble, but penis exercises are useless.Also too much porn can be an issue ( if applicable). Exercise, diet and positive mood help.

Riding bikes?: You may have a pudendal neuropathy. This is caused by prolonged bike riding. Siting on a bike saddle for a long time places pressure against the pudendal nerve which can reduce sensation in the glans penis. If you ride bikes, use a softer seat or stop all together. You may also try using over the counter magnesium oxide 250 mg taken at bed. This may help in about 4-6 weeks. Good luck.

: This is a very unusual symptom. You do not have lack of sensation at the tip as feeling cold there indicates sensation is intact. Sex drive is a different matter and not related to the other symptoms. Sex drive is based on many factors- physical and mental eg illnesses , worries etc, If it persists pl see your doc or a Urologist. good luck
