Hello. : Hello. The doctor will examine your penis. S/he will feel each scrotum including the testicles to check for masses. A finger will be placed in the your inguinal area and the doctor will ask you to cough to check for hernias. Often  a rectal examination is also done to check your prostate and usually your stool is checked for blood.

Phimosis : Is your foreskin hard to pull back? If so you might have a phimosis and if it is pulled back and the opening in the fire skin is small it can be traumatized when pulls over your penile head. It should get better on its own you can out some antibiotic cream on it also to help it heal
