Don't know: The anti-inflammatory enantyum is not available in the us, so i'm not familiar with it.  The more important question is why does the tooth still hurt.  Check with your dentist.

my shoulders are killing me from hitting in hockey. what can i do to recover quickly?

Shoulder Soreness: Overuse and fatigue issues are best dealt with conditioning, but hindsight.Is not helpful here.  Using nsaids, if not contraindicated, are a good start, as well as the use of ice to the sore areas.  My best advice is to go slowly or you will end up not playing at all if you continue to push yourself.  It takes longer to recover as you get older.  At 39, you must beware of serious injury.

Depends: on volume of injection, injection site, injection technique, muscle mass etc. Please call the office of the the injecting physician/NP.MA and notify them-asap.

Ice after heat befor: Often it is better to use ice after you've done something to aggrevate your hand. Heat is helpful for the aching & stiffness that may persists at night or into the next day. You may also consider using a padded glove, like a biking glove, or exercise glove, to decrease the impact on your hand.

See your doctor: You have symptoms which could be serious and should see your physician.  He/she will listen to you, do a physical examinarion, run some tests, and let you know what's going on.

: Your depiction strongly implicates a local infection which potentially could worsen if untreated.  Indeed there is a risk for cellulitis.  Do not delay, see your doctor, you may need open incision and drainage, plus antibiotics.  Don't let this progress!

: A stiff neck, or torticollis, could be caused by a muscle spasm or a disc herniation. Without a history of trauma, muscle spasm is the most common cause. However, if associated with headaches and fever, meningitis becomes concerning. Muscle spasms typically take up to 2 weeks to resolve. Muscle relaxers can be prescribed to help. A full medical evaluation can rule out the other causes.
