Pretty good.: Liver, spleen, pancreas and spaces well seen.
Some endoluminal disease - inside the colon or small bowl may not be seen unless large or symptomatic with inflammation, erosion, perforation, etc.

is it possible a pelvic ct scan could miss a small tumor in rectum? gi felt a fullness is left rectum but only tilted pelvis was seen on ct scan.

Small tumour: Yes it is possible.  But such a small tumour would be very unlikely to cause the symptoms you describe.

i have a lump between pelvis & abdomen doctor said no hernia or tumors or cyst what could it be ? it causes pain but not when i push down to it

Where exactly?: Where exactly is the lump?  Between pelvis and abdomen is too vague.  Is it a superficial (ie. Can you see it?) lump or is it something that is internal that was seen on an ultrasound or a ct scan?
Also important to know how big it is.  What type of dr told you it was not a hernia, tumor, or cyst?  Did they see it or are they also answering your question based on your description?

in past year i have had 3 ct scans, 1st was chest ab&pelvis. next 2 were chest. 3rd ct shows lung cancer. is this unusual & is tumor quick growing?

Not unusual: please see the Doctor asap. It is not unusual to see cancer of lung in CT of lung even if it was OK 6 months ago

is new free fluid & tiny calcification in pelvis of 58 yr male bad? (he had gastrectomy last year to remove gist tumor, but recent ct shows no tumor)

Gist tumor: Calcification is usually related to old scar tissue that becomes visible on xray.  Many thing can cause a little bit of fluid in the pelvis. It's very stressful when you get scans and things look good but there are new findings. Many times the new stuff was there on prior scans but was too small or just not sliced thur by the scanner...the slices on a CT can be several mm apart.   Hang in there!

can a spinal tumor filling the left half of thecal sac at l4 cause flares of pain in lower left pelvis along with exacerbations of stress incontinence and gi problems but no weakness in left leg?

When : When you have a bone scan all of your bones are assessed. A radioactive substance is injected into a vein in your arm. This substance (called a tracer) travels through your blood and eventually into your bones. This process may take hours. A special camera is then used to take pictures of the tracer in your bones. Areas that absorb very little or none at all are called dark or "cold" spots. This means there may be a lack of blood supply to the bone or it could be a sign of certain types of cancer. Areas that are bright or "hot" spots are areas of fast bone growth or repair . This may signify problems such as arthritis, a fracture, a tumor, or an infection.

Tumour: Cancer/tumour is a disease of the cells in the body. There are many different types of cell in the body, and many different types of cancer which arise from different types of cell. 
The pelvic tumour can be a primary-- arising from pelvic structures like ovaries ,uterus etc. Secondary- from other sites like abdominal structures, lungs etc.
Depending on the site of origin, causes are different.

Good prognosis: Borderline ovarian tumors are not common, but enough is known about them that we can tell patients their prognosis is good (very high survival).  In young women, often only the affected ovary is removed.  Your pain might be from the surgery, adhesions, or phantom pain (as nerves grow back into the area).  You might also have noticed more pain because of anxiety about a very unlikely recurrence.

Nodule=Lump: A nodule is a generic name for a "lump"  which can occur due to a tumor (growth); tumors can be benign or malignant (cancer).  However, nodules may occur secondary to inflammation or many other processes.   If you have a history of endometriosis, this may very well cause a nodule in the pelvis.
