Possibly but unlikly: If you are having an ultrasound thru the abdominal wall that is no problem. I assume you mean a vaginal approach for the ultrasound. Depending on age and if you have used tampons successfully you should be ok. If have never used a tampon could be at least somewhat uncomfortable. Most women do fine. Need for the vaginal sono depends on why being done. Sonographers usually sensitive and capable.
