Pelvic exam: A pelvic exam by a urologist/gynecologist is the best way to diagnose pelvic organ prolapse (support problems).  They can then discuss with you various treatment options including non-surgical (pessary) to surgical.

Pessary vs surgery: You can do kegel exercises to help lift the walls that have dropped minimally. For moderate to severe prolapse a person usually needs something mechanical done (either use a pessary or have surgery to lift the organs back into their proper position). Surgery includes using own tissue, cadaver tissue, pig tissue, suture mesh) and can be done vaginally or abdominally.

Kegel exercises: Frequent kegel exercises, fast, slow and holding, 50 times a day will help. Keep your weight down and your core strong so your center of gravity doesnt shift. Avoid heavy lifting that isnt necessary and dont gain too much weight during any pregnancy.

Yes: Synptons may include pelvic pressure, pelvic pain,  feeling like something is falling out, leaking urine, urinary urgency, feeling like you are not empting your bladder completely, constipation, pain with intercourse , feeling like the vagina is to large during intercourse.

Yes: It certainly can! the exact surgery (or trauma) involved, and whether this is in a man or a woman will help identify clearly the possible problems. But healthy nerves are critical for normal sexual function, as are healthy blood vessels and circulation. Medications can cause problems as well.

if someone has a left pelvic kidney are there serious problems that may come in the future? and is there anyway of fixing that kidney?

Fix only if injury: Pelvic kidneys(ectopic) is more mobile (lacks normal attachment) than  normally located kidneys. Usually pelvic kidney is smaller. The collecting system and ureter can kink causing hydronephrosis or dilated collecting system. This can increase incidence of stones and infection. Blunt trauma to the pelvis can damage kidney. If in contact sports, need protective wear. Many people have no problems.

Hard to say: In the lower abdomen, sharp pain without other significant symptoms usually indicates bowel stretch such as due to gas or constipation or something in the abdominal wall such as a hernia or muscle strain.  Could also represent shingles,  but i think young male - muscle strain.

If : If there was a tumor they would have likely seen in on ultrasound. If your ovaries do not go down in size then they may order a ct scan (cat scan) of your pelvis to get a better look at your ovaries. Depending on the results additional testing will be ordered. 
Were you on birth control pills or hormones or any other supplements recently? If so that may be to blame. Lastly, it sounds like your doctor(s) are doing the appropriate work up. Make sure you get an explanation as to why your ovaries were/are enlarged.
