Yes: U do not want to do anything that could make the placenta bleed, hopefully it will move up as you get further in your pregnancy  but u need to ask your OB this ?

No good answers : That is a question that doesn't have a lot of scientific evidence to support a valid answer. Usually when doctors say pelvic rest they are referring to vaginal penetration. There is no evidence that orgasm would lead to a miscarriage  or a poor pregnancy outcome.
