Take a test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. Dry lips are not a symptom of pregnancy.

Peeling oil: appears to contain a combination of acids that are commonly used in many acne combinations, which are generally considered safe for use during pregnancy and lactation.  Be sure to wash your hands well after application to avoid transferring any of the product to your baby.

Yes: It is okay to have a chemical peel to improve and smooth the texture of the facial skin and breast feed.  This would include the Alpha and beta hydroxy peels.

Yes: It is not going to affect the breastmilk

Retinoic acid: Green oil contains retinoic acid that are found in accutane. Retinoids are not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding as they pass into the breast milk.   

Retinoids cause pancreatitis, blurry vision, hearing loss and more. 

Also, bleach is probably not something you would want to feed your child. Are you really using bleach or a bleaching agent. They are different.

Cracked nipple: your nipple is probably irritated from Breast feeding. Youight want to apply a lotion, called lanolin lotion to help preventing cycling and bleeding from the nipple
