Complicated: Urinary frequency (peeing often) has many causes - increased fluid intake, diabetes, kidney disfunction, bladder dysfunction, infarction, and many more.  You should see your primary care doctor for a physical examination, urinalysis, and possible some blood tests.  That doctor will refer you to a urologist if appropriate.

: You have to observe what comes first. If you drink more you will pee more and that is physiologic. However, if you pee a lot and you feel thirsty so you drink more, that is pathologic. There are 2 conditions, which can cause polyuria (pee a lot) and polydipsia (drink a lot) and they are diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus. If you think you fit to the second scenario, see your doctor ASAP.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

: If you're correct about the urine output, 2 conditions are considered: diabetes mellius (DM) and diabetes insipidus (DI). High sugar in blood makes sugar excreting in the urine and water is pulled along which causes high urine output in DM. In DI, high urine output with diluted urine is due to a hormone problem. You should see a doctor if you feel thirsty most of the time and weight loss occurs.

See below: Many things cause polyuria or excess urination.-  excessive fluid intake or polydipsia, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, diabetes incipidus, diuretic drug intake,  tea or caffeine intake,  various kidney problems.

Possible infection: You may have an urinary tract infection (UTI)  and/or vaginal(vaginitis) infection.  Tingling/discomfort with frequent urination are common in UTIs. Follow up with a doctor for an evaluation.

Polyuria: If you are urinating more than you drink, you will become dehydrated. You need to see a physician (p) to find the cause of your polyuria. If you are truly urinating more than you drink, the diagnosis may be diabetes insipidus or mellitus. See a p or go to the er to find out what is causing your excessive urination before you become dehydrated. Good luck.
